To open the last DevTools panel, click the menu button (shown below)
button to the right of the address bar and select More Tools > Developer Tools.
For the screenshot make sure the console tab is chosen, example below.
Sometimes when troubleshooting issues, the team may ask for console logs to help identify bugs and issues.
